Aperture Trick #39 – JKL Keys

Filed under: Tricks — Scott @ 4:47 pm

If you’re a Fincal Cut Pro user, you’ll be glad to learn that Aperture supports the keyboard scrolling shortcut made famous in FCP.

If you have lots of images in your Browser and want to scroll though them in a hurry, just press the “l” key to scroll down, the “j” key to scroll up and the “k” key to stop the scrolling action. If you press the “j’ or “l’ keys in rapid succession, that will speed up the scroll. The faster you press, the faster the scroll. Press the “k” key if you scroll too fast and need to stop.
